Skoda has reponed booking for the Octavia RS in India. A batch of 50 units will be up for grabs. The sports sedan was launched last year in India at a price of Rs. 49.99 lakh ex showroom. The first batch of 100 units was sold out in a new days.
The Skoda Octavia RS is powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 265 horsepower and 370 Nm. The engine is mated a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Skoda claims a 0-100 kmph time of 6.4 seconds and a top speed of 250 kmph.
Features include a 3-spoke steering wheel, sports seats, a 12.9-inch touchscreen with wireless connectivity, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a head-up display, 3-zone automatic climate control, a 360-degree camera, ADAS etc.
The Octavia RS is vailable in 5 colours: elvet Red, Race Blue, Magic Black, Candy White, and Mamba Green.
