Volvo has revealed the R-Design versions of the S90 sedan and the V90 estate. The already good looking cars get even more sportier than before.
On the exterior, the Volvo S90 and V90 R-Design feature a new front-end design with spoiler-integrated fog lights,unique grille and piano black trim on both front and rear along with 5-spoke matt black diamond-cut alloy wheels.
On the inside, updates include unique deco trim, pedals and mats, contour seats and special steering wheel, including a high level interior illumination package. No mechanical changes have been announced.
“R-Design delivers an edge to our elegant estate and sedan models in our 90 Series, with a winning combination of a sportier, more responsive drive with clearly visible performance styling,” said Björn Annwall, Senior Vice President Marketing Sales and Customer Service at Volvo Cars.
The Volvo S90 and V90 R-Design are now available for order.
Volvo is set to launch the S90 sedan in India later this year. It will replace the current S80 in the Indian market. Expect the R-Design S90 to come in post launch at a later date. Volvo India current offers the R-Design configurations for the V40 hatch, S60 sedan and XC60 SUV.
