Volkswagen has launched an updated version of the Polo GT hatchback called the Polo GT Sport. The car comes with some cosmetic updates and will be available in two colours,- Flash Red and Candy White.

On the exterior, the Polo GT sport gets a new design roof spoiler finished in glossy black. 16 inch Portago alloy wheels, black roof and GT Sport stickering on the doors. Interior updates include leatherette finished seat covers with GT Sport embossing.Mechanically the Polo GT is identical to the earlier model. It is powered by a 1.2 litre TSI turbo petrol engine developing 105 horsepower and a 1.5 litre TDI engine that makes 110 horsepower. The petrol TSI comes with a 7 speed DSG gearbox, while the diesel gets a 5 speed manual box.

The Polo GT Sport is now on sale across Volkswagen dealerships in India.
