Lamborghini unveiled the new Aventador SV recently and it has already hit the Nurburgring. The company has released an onboard video of the SV lapping the legendary track.

The SV posted a sub 7 minute lap time during tyre development tests with Pirelli, The car was running on P Zero Corsa tyres and the super car did an exact lap time of 6 minutes and 59.73 seconds which made it just about 2 seconds slower than the Porsche 918 Spyder.

The Aventador SV ,makes 50 more horsepower than the standard car and is also 50 kg lighter. This has lowered the 0 to 100 kph timing by 0.1s to 2.8 seconds while the top speed is over 350 kph.

Lamborghini will make only 600 units of the SV and it will go on sale later this year.
