The Tata Tigor EV with an extended range has been launched with prices starting at Rs. 9.44 lakh for commercial buyers. The Tigor EV is now available for private buyers albeit at a different price point and will be available in three variant – X#+, XM+ and XT+.

The updated Tata Tigor EV features a 21.5 KWh batter for a longer range. The battery cooling system is designed to ensure consistent performance even in extreme ambient temperature conditions.The car comes with two charging ports, for fast charging and slow AC charging. The certified ARAI range for the Tigor EV is now 213 km and it comes with a single speed transmission. There are two driving modes – Drive and Sport.

Features of the Tata Tigor EV include alloy wheels, unique front grille, EV decals, Harman sound system, black and grey interior, fabric upholstery and height adjustable seat.

The Tigor EV is available in three colours – Pearlescent white, Egyptian blue and Roman silver. Safety features include dual airbags (single airbag on XE+) and ABS. It comes with a standard warranty of 3 years or 1.25 lakh kms.
