The Tata Nexon AMT has been revealed at the Auto Expo 2018. The new variant will be officially launched in the Indian market in the coming months.

The Nexon AMT will feature a six speed automated manual transmission will be mated to both, the 1.2 petrol and the 1.5 litre diesel engine. Highlights include a creep mode and hill assist that will be offered with the AMT box. Manual shifting if desired will also be possible. Tata Motors will also offer the same drive modes in the Nexon AMT as seen in the manual versions. This modes include Eco, City and Sport.

The Nexon AMT could be dearer by approx Rs. 40,000 than the manual versions. As with Tata’s other AMT models, we expect the Nexon AMT to come in the XMA and XTA trim levels.

The Tata Nexon will also feature a new paint shade called Etna Orange, that was displayed at the Expo.
