Tata Motors has rolled out the 3,00,000th Tiago from its plant in Sanand Gujarat. Launched in 2016, it was the first model to be launched under the IMPACT design philosophy.
Tata launched facelift Tiago earlier this year with a BS VI compliant engine. It is powered by a 1.2 litre Revotron petrol engine developing 86 hp and 113 Nm of torque. The engine comes with the choice of a 5 speed manual of AMT gearbox.
Features include a 7 inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic climate control, Harman sound system, digital instrument cluster and 15 inc alloy wheels.
Standard safety features include dual airbags, ABS with EBD, corner stability control, high speed alert system and rear parking sensors. The Tiago has received four stars in the Global NCAP crash tests.
