Porsche launches Boxster GTS and Cayman GTS in India
Porsche has done a double whammy and launched the Boxster GTS and Cayman GTS in India.They are uprated versions of the Boxster S and Cayman S.
Both cars are powered by 3.4 litre flat six engines. The Boxster GTS puts out 330 horsepower while the cayman GTS delivers 340 horsepower. They come with the Porsche seven speed PDK gearbox and the Sport Chrono package as standard. This gives a 0 to 100 kph timing of 4.7 secs for the Boxster GTS and the Cayman GTS is a ten of a second faster. Top speed for the Boxster GTS is 279 kph and 283 kph for the Cayman GTS.
Both the cars get Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as standard which offers the driver a choice of sportier or more comfortable settings at the press of a button. They are also equipped with 20 inch alloys from the Carrera S. Additionally both cars get standard sports seats and leather interiors enhanced with Alcantara elements. There are blackened bi xenon headlamps too.
The Boxster GTS is priced at Rs. 1.15 crore while the Cayman GTS can be yours for Rs. 1.17 crore (Ex showroom Delhi) They are imported as CBUs and are now on sale across Porsche dealerships pan India
