Porsche has unveiled the facelift 911 Carrera 4, Carrera 4 Convertible and Targa 4.
The new models feature rear wheel arches that are wide by 44 mm than the previous models,headlights with four-point daytime running lights, via door handles without recess covers and rear engine cover with vertical louvres.
Power comes from the new 3.0 litre twin turbo charged six cylinder engine that develops 370 horsepower and 450 m torque, while the S variants produce 420 horses and 500 Nm torque. Equipped with the PDK and Sport Chrono package, the the 911 Carrera 4 goes from 0 to 100 kph in 4.1 seconds while it takes 3.8 seconds in the S model. The Cabriolet S and the 911 Targa 4 take just 0.2 seconds more. Top speeds vary between 287 km/h and 305 km/h.
The updated models come with a new all wheel drive system and PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management) chassis with ten millimetre lower ride height as standard. Rear axle steering is also available as an option on the Carrera 4S.
The new models will be launched in Germany at the end of January 2016.
