The 2016 Porsche 911 range of sports cars have been launched in India. The model range that gets the codename 991.2, comprises of the Carrera, Carrera S, Turbo and Turbo S. The range include Cabriolet and Targa versions of these models. Prices fore the cars start from Rs. 1.40 crore in Maharashtra and Rs. 1.42 crore ex Delhi.
The updated Porsche 911 gets new headlights with four-point daytime running lights, new engine lid with vertical louvres and new tail lights featuring distinctive four-point brake lights. In the interior, the updated Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system comes with a multi-touch display. The PCM can be operated by performing multi-touch gestures on the seven-inch display, similar to operating a smartphone. User inputs by handwriting are also possible.
