German luxury car ,maker Mercedes-Benz has launched the ‘My Mercedes-My Service’ program in India. India is the only country apart from the United States to get this digital service. The service program comprises of three parts: Digital Service Drive, Premier Express Service and innovative service products.

In the Dgital Service Drive, owner can get service updates on their cars from the Mercedes service centres via sms, emails and video calls. There is a service at doorstep facility where one can visit the workshop virtually via an Ipad and can see their cars being serviced in real time. Service appointments can also be booked online. In Premier Express service, owners can get their cars serviced in a little over two hours. A dedicated team for ‘Premier Express Service’ comprises of one Team Leader and two Certified Maintenance technicians. This service is available across all metro cities. Premier Express Service, however, excludes major service and repairs, warranty repairs or
service on AMG vehicles.
Under Service products, Mercedes-Benz car owners can choose service packages spanning 3 years/60,000 km, 4 years/40,000 km, 4 years/80,000 km and 5 years/100,000 km. A new package of 10 years/200,00 km is also being introduced but that will be for new car customers only. Premier Express Service is complimentary with this package.
Mercedes-Benz offers a 3 year/unlimited mileage warranty on all its cars as standard.The carmaker has 84 outlets across 40 cities in India. Mercedes-Benz Road Side Assistance is also provided to customers spread across 953 cities.
