Mercedes-Benz India records 13,231 units sales in 2016
Mercedes-Benz India has clocked over 13,000 units sales in India for the second time in a row. The company has sold 13,231 units from January to December 2016.
The luxury SUV range of Mercedes-Benz comprising the GLA, GLC, GLE, GLE Coupé, GLS and G-Class grew by more than 20% while the GLE was selling SUV for the car maker in 2016. In the sedan segment, the C-Class sedan remained the highest selling sedan this year, closely followed by the EClass and S-Class. The Mercedes-AMG and the Dream Cars achieved double digit growth rates in 2016.
