Mercedes-Benz C250d launched at Rs. 44.36 lakh
Mercedes-Benz has launched the C250d in India at a price of Rs. 44.36 lakhs ex showroom Pune. The car will be locally produced at the company’s facility in Chakan, Pune.
The Mercedes-Benz C250d features a 2143 cc four cylinder diesel engine that develops 204 horsepower at 3800 rpm and 500 Nm of torque between 1600 to 1800 rpm. It goes from 0 to 100 kph in a claimed 6.6 seconds and has a limited top speed of 247 kph. With the C250d launch, Mercedes-Benz is introducing the nine speed 9G-TRONIC automatic gearbox for the first time in the C-Class.
Other standard features on the Mercedes-Benz C250d include the LED Intelligent Light System, GARMIN Map Piliot, Active Park Assist with PARKTRONIC, reverse camera with 180 degree view and 17 inch twin spoke alloy wheels. The car also gets ambient lighting in three colours: Solar(amber), Polar(ice blue) and Neutral(white).
Other variants of the C-Class India portfolio include the C200 petrol, C220d diesel and the range topping Mercedes-AMG C63S.
