Maserati has announced its re-entry into the Indian market. The legendary Italian marque will operate out of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles India (FCAI).
Maserati is planning to open three dealerships across India in New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore in the third quarter of 2015. The dealerships in the respective cities are AMP Supercars Pvt. Ltd., Bagga Luxury Motorcars LLP and Jubilant Autoworks Ltd. These locations will get dedicated Maserati service facilities that are in line with the company’s global standards. A dealership in Hyderabad is expected to follow.
The model portfolio for India will comprise of the Maserati Gran Turismo, Gran Cabrio, the Quattroporte and the Ghibli. The Ghibli will initially be sold as a 275 bhp diesel initially. The Maserati Levante SUV will reach Indian shores in 2016
The company had annual sales of 36,500 units in 2014 and is targeting annual sales in India in the two digit range. The model portfolio comprises of the Maserati Gran Turismo, Gran Cabrio, the Quattroporte and the Ghibli.

- Quattroporte GTS – Rs. 2.2 Crore
- Quattroporte diesel – Rs. 1.5 Crore
- Gran Cabrio – Rs. 2.0 crore.
- Gran Turismo – Rs. 1.8 crore
- Ghibli – Rs.1.1 crore
