The Kia Seltos has been a huge success ever since its launch in India in August last year. The SUV has been setting the sales charts on fire because of the great package that it is and also the buffet of variants that it offers.
Kia has now announced a price hike for the Seltos with effect from January 2020 and will be in the range of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000 across the variants. With the new prices in place the Seltos is now priced between Rs 9.89-17.34 lakh.
The Seltos powered by three engines comprising of a 1.5L petrol, 1.5L diesel and a 1.4L turbo petrol. They feature four transmission options which include a 7-speed DCT, IVT, 6-speed AT and a 6-speed manual gearbox.
The Kia Seltos is feature-loaded with many segment-first options such as a smart air purifier with 3 fragrances, a 360-degree parking assistance camera with blind-spot monitoring, an 8-inch smart heads up display, various driving modes, ventilated seats and rear sunshade curtain, an 8-speaker Bose sound system and a connected car feature called UVO with over 30 built-in functions.
Kia has also announced that they will be launching the Carnival MPV at the Auto Expo 2020. A sub compact SUV is also set to join the model lineup in the second half of 2020.
