There is no doubt that the Jeep Compass has been a game changer in the SUV segment and Jeep India has just added another feature to their cap. The car maker has reached the milestone of selling 25,0000 units in less than a year. To celebrate this achievement, Jeep has launched the ‘Bedrock’ limited edition in India for Rs. 17.53 lakh ex showroom Delhi.
The Compass ‘Bedrock’ Edition is based on the Sport trim diesel, manual 4×2 that features a 2.0 litre diesel putting out 173 horsepower mated to a six speed manual gearbox.
The ‘Bedrock’ Edition Jeep will be available in three exterior paint shades: Vocal White, Minimal Grey and Exotica Red. Exterior features include 16 inch black alloy wheels, side steps, black roof rails, Bedrock decals and badging. The interior features Bedrock branded seat covers and floor mats.
The Jeep Compass has helped FCA India to post the best sales for a 12 month period in the last 10 years. Over 8,000 units have been exported so far so countries like Japan, Australia, UK and Ireland.
