The Jaguar F-Pace is set to launch in India on October 20th 2016 with prices starting from Rs. 68.40 lakh ex showroom Delhi.
The Jaguar F-Pace is expected to come in three trim levels, Pure, Prestige and R-Sport. A First Edition variant will also be offered. The F-Pace will come with a choice of two diesel engines. A 2.0 four cylinder diesel engine developing 180 horsepower that will do duty in the Pure and Prestige models and a 3.0 V6 diesel motor developing 300 horses in the R-Sport and First Edition. The 2.0 litre motor does the 0 to 100 kph sprint in 8.7 seconds, while the more powerful engine does the same in 6.2 seconds. Both engines come mated to an eight speed automatic gearbox and all wheel drive is standard across all variants of the SUV.
Coming to the features, the Jaguar F-Pace Pure variant gets dual zone climate control,Bi-xenon headlamps with J blade LED day time running lamps, 10 way electrically adjustable front seats, 18 inch alloy wheels, InControl Touch infotainment system, front and rear parking sensors, heated mirrors and All Surface Progress Control system. The Prestige model adds reverse camera, headlamp washers, Taurus leather upholstery, exterior chrome trims, and auto dimming internal mirror.
The R-Sport will get 19 inch alloy wheels, R-Sport body kit, Mesh sports seats, memory function for front seats, gesture-control tailgate, interior mood lighting, reclining rear seat, surround camera and InControl Touch Pro infotainment system. The F-Pace First Edition gets a panoramic sunroof, S body kit, Adaptive Dynamics Meridian sound system, configurable interior mood lighting, chrome paddle shifters, Windsor leather upholstery and 20 inch alloy wheels.
