Here are some undisguised photos of the soon to launch Hyundai Creta SUV. It is based on the ix25 that is on sale globally.
The Creta in the these spy photos seems to be the top end version with projector head lamps and DRLs. One can also see 16 inch alloy wheels. The interiors show a two tone finish and a screen on the centre console. Like all Hyundais, the Creta is expected to come loaded with a lot of features across all variants. Safety features like ABS and dual airbags will most likely be standard on the SUV.
The Creta is expected to come with two diesel engines, a 1.6 litre putting out 121 bhp and a 1.4 litre developing 88 bhp. A petrol engine is also likely to be offered as well. There will also be a choice of manual or automatic gearbox.
The Hyundai Creta will rival the Ford Ecosport, Renault Duster, Nissan Terrano, and the soon to launch Maruti S Cross.
Dealers have opened bookings for the Hyundai Creta that is set to launch on 21st July 2015
