Honda has revealed the Project 2&4 that is set to debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
The 2&4 concept was created as part of a competition between Honda’s design studios and will combine the “freedom of a motorcycle” with “the manoeuvrability of a car.” The styling is inspired from the 1965 RA272 and has a basic but sporty design. The car is equipped with a floating seat which was designed to put the “driver as close to the action as possible”.
Power comes from a modified version of Honda’s RC213V competition motorcycle engine. The 999c V4 cylinder engine develops more than 215 horsepower and 118 Nm torque . The engine is mated to a six-speed dual-clutch gearbox and the concept weighs only 405 kg.
