BMW has launched the M6 Gran Coupe facelift in India at a price of Rs. 1.71 crore ex showroom. The car will be sold as a CBU.
The updated model gets new Adaptive LED headlights and double-bar kidney grille. It gets forged M alloy wheels and integrated rear diffuser. The car also features an ultra-lightweight contoured carbon roof. The interior has a driver centric layout. The centre console is inclined towards the driver. Features include an M leather wrapped steering wheel, Navigation, Heads Up display with M specific views, Bang & Olufsen Surround System, USB and Bluetooth connectivity, Park Distance Control and rear view camera.
Mechanically it remains unchanged. Power comes from a 4.4 litre twin turbo V8 petrol engine developing 560 horsepower and 680 Nm torque. The car goes from 0 to 100 kph in 4.2 seconds and has a top speed of 250 kph. The engine is mated to an M Double Clutch gearbox with Drivelogic.
The M6 Gran Coupe directly rivals the Audi RS7 in India.
