The BMW 3-Series GT facelift has been launched in India at a starting price of 43.30 lakh ex showroom Delhi.
The looks of the BMW 3-Series GT facelift remains largely unchanged. The updated model gets restyled headlights and tail lamps along with a new front bumper. The headlights are Adaptive LED units. The car also gets new 17 inch alloy wheels.
The changes to the interior are minimal too. The Sport Line trim gets red contrast rings on the round gauges of the instrument panel, including sporting chromo scaling, red contrast stitching on the sports steering wheel and a basic decorative trim strip in high-gloss black with coral red accentuated strip. It also gets additional upholstery options.
The Luxury Line gets aluminium door sill plates, sports leather steering wheel, exclusive colours for the ambient lighting and chrome edging for the air vents
The 3-Series GT facelift comes with a petrol and diesel engine. The 2.0 litre four cylinder diesel engine develops 190 horsepower and 400 Nm torque. The petrol is a 2.0 litre four cylinder unit that makes 252 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque. Both engines are mated to an eight speed Steptronic automatic gearbox with paddle shifters.
Safety features include six air bags, Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) with brake assist, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) including Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), Cornering Brake Control (CBC), Side-impact Protection, Runflat tyres with reinforced sidewalls, emergency spare wheel, electronic vehicle immobiliser and crash sensor.
The BMW 3-Series GT facelift gets two new colours: Jatoba and Arctic Grey Brilliant Effect.
