The Auto Expo 2016 will be held at the India Exposition Mart Ltd (IEML) in Greater Noida from February 5-9, 2016 and is expected to be the biggest show till date. It is being jointly organised by the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) and the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA).
SIAM has been preparing permanent structures at the venue to increase the total air conditioned show floor space. The show will be spread over 80,000 sq mts in 18 halls. The gross indoor exhibition space has increased from 69,000 sq metres in the previous edition to 73,000 sq metres. SIAM is expecting a 20 percent increase in visitors at the 2016 edition of the Expo. The number of exhibitors has also gone up to 65 from the previous 55. 80 new vehicles will be launched at the 2016 edition of the Auto Expo. There will be a total of 1580 exhibitors.
A number of automotive brands will take part in the Auto Expo 2016. These include Ashok Leyland, Audi, BMW, Datsun, Fiat, Ford, General Motors, Honda cars, Hyundai, Isuzu, Jaguar Land Rover, Mahindra and Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Renault, Scania Commercial Vehicles, SML Isuzu, Tata Motors, Toyota Kirloskar Motors, VE Commercial vehicles, Volkswagen India etc. Hero MotoCorp, Yamaha, Mahindra 2-Wheelers, Piaggio Vehicles, Suzuki Motorcycles, Triumph Motorcycles, TVS Motor Company are among the big two wheeler brands that will be present at the show. While there will be new entrants like BMW Motorrad, Abarth, Jeep, Indian Motorcycles and DSK Benelli this time, brands like Volvo, Bajaj and Harley Davidson will not be part of the 2016 Auto Expo. The Expo 2016 will also have high end Bicycles, Tyres and Tubes, Oil Companies, Automotive Design and Technology, Engineering and IT for Automobile Companies, Institutions, Universities, Auto Insurance Companies, and Media & Auto Portals/ Publications. Additionally, there will be a pavilion of vintage cars and focused activity area where outdoor activities, such as safety riding, driving simulators, etc., will be take place.
The Expo will have access from six gates and the CISF will be handling the security arrangements. Shuttle bus services will be available from the nearest Metro station, Botanical Gardens and also from Noida City Centre and Pragati Maidan. 160 DTC buses will be deployed for the same. There will also be a smartphone app to help visitors navigate through the show. There will Wi-Fi and internet services provided at the venue and telecom companies have been asked to set up towers to avoid network congestion at the show venue.
The food court area has been increased by 1000 sq metres and will have a variety of options including two restaurants from the Taj and the Radisson Hotels. Apart from that fast food joints like KFC and like BTW (Bittoo Tikki Wala) will also be present.

- Rs 300 for general public hours during weekdays (1pm – 6pm)
- Rs 400 for weekends (10am – 7pm)
- Rs 650 for business hours on weekdays (10am – 1pm)
Business ticket holders can also visit the show in general public hours till 6 pm. Free home delivery is applicable on bookings of 3 to 10 tickets made before December 31, 2015. A delivery charge of Rs. 75 will levied on tickets booked after the said date. Tickets will not be home delivered if booked after January 25, 2016. Ticket home delivery will begin from January 15, 2016, else they can be collected from counters at the venue.
The Auto Components Show will be held from February 4 -7, at Pragati Maidan.
