00The new Aston Martin DB11 made its debut at the Geneva Motor Show 2016. The DB11 is the first car to be launched under the company’s ‘Second Century’ plan.

The exterior features the iconic Aston Martin front grille and LED headlamps with integrated DRLs. Gill like air vents are part of the wheel arches. The rear gets slim LED tail lamps with the rear spoiler incorporated between them. The DB11 is longer, lower and wider then the DB9 it replaces and comes with a longer wheelbase.00 (1) 00 (2)The interior of the DB11 is handcrafted in true Aston tradition. It gets a full colour 12 inch TFT LCD display for the instrument cluster and an 8 inch screen for the infotainment system. It is controlled via a rotary control. A touchpad can also be ordered as an option that features character recognition, multi-touch and gesture support. It also gets new satellite navigation and Auto Park Assist with a 360 degree birds eye view camera. It has a boot space capacity of 270 litres. Other options on the DB11 include a glossy black roof, 1000 W Bang & Olufsen sound system, ventilated seats and powered armrests.00 (3) 00 (4)The Aston Martin DB11 gets its power from a 5.2 litre V12 engine that develops 600 bhp at 6500 rpm and 700 Nm torque from 1500 rpm. This propels the DB11 from 0 to 100 kph in 3.9 seconds and to a top speed of 322 kph. The engine is mated to an eight speed ZF automatic gearbox that channels power to the rear wheels.

The Aston Martin DB11 is priced at £154,900 in UK, €204,900 in Germany, and $211,995 in United States. Deliveries for the car will begin in the fourth quarter of this year.
