Mercedes Benz has launched the 2015 E-Class in India and it now comes with more equipment..

The E-Class now features a new Audio 20 Telematics infotainment system. It comes equipped with a CD player, radio, internet capability and Bluetooth. There is a 20.3 cm colour display screen and you also get a pre installation setup for the Garmin MAP PILOT navigation system. The software and map data is available on an SD card. Some key features of the Garmin Maps are:

  • Maps of 7,068 cities at a street level and residential house level data for 80 cities
  • Over 10.63 million POIs. 3D terrain-, building- and landmark view
  • 2.1 million kms of road length
  • Photo-realistic junction view and lane assist
  • 579 thousand towns and villages
  • 360°rotation function

The E Class also gets a reverse camera with dynamic guidelines as standard across all variants.

Prices for the 2015 Mercedes Benz E-Class (ex showroom Delhi)

E 200 petrol:          Rs 48.5 lakh
E 250 CDI diesel:  Rs 50.70 lakh
E 350 CDI diesel:  Rs 59.9 lakh

Mercedes Benz is celebrating the global sales anniversary of the E-Class. The company has sold over 13 million E Class sedans and estates worldwide. 30,000 units of the E-Class have been sold in India till date.
