The Nissan Magnite facelift has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs. 5.99 lakh. This introductory pricing will be valid for the first 10,000 deliveries. The Magnite facelifts comes with a few styling updates and features.

On the exterior, the Nissan Magnite facelift gets a new front grille with a wider stance and chrome and gloss black elements. The headlamps gets new design for the LED DRLs and the front bumper gets a faux skid plate. There are new 16 inch alloy wheels but the side profile otherwise remains unchanged. At the rear, the tail lamps gets new LED design elements. Nissan has also introduced a new Sunrise Copper Orange shade that you see in these pictures.

Inside the Nissan Magnite facelift, you get a dual tone black and copper finish interior all throughout the cabin. You also get four colour ambient lighting. Other features include the 8 inch touchscreen, 360 degree camera, wireless phone charger, new 7 inch digital instrument cluster, new auto headlamps, auto dimming IRVM, new type-C charging ports. The Mangite also gets a new key that allows remote start. It however does not get a sunroof.

Safety features include 6 airbags across all variants, 3 point seat belts, ABS, ESC and seat belt reminders

The Magnite facelift retains the two engine options. These include a 1.0 litre NA petrol with 72 hp and 96 Nm and the turbo variant with 100 hp and 160 Nm. Both come with a 5 speed manual gearbox as standard. The NA gets an AMT option and the turbo model gets a CVT.

Competition to the Magnite include the Renault Kiger, Tata Punch, Hyundai Exter, Maruti Fronx, Toyota Taisor, Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue and the Maruti Brezza.
