2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Interior
Climb inside the Wrangler and the cabin layout looks familiar. The big change here is the new 12.3 inch touchscreen. Resolution is fantastic and the graphics are crisp. Response is good too. Its filled with a ton of information including off-road stats, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay etc. Another 2024 update is 12 way electric adjust for the front seats with 4 way lumbar adjust. All the controls for the seat are water proof. The dashboard has some nice soft touch material and quality of plastics is also good. I personally like the all black interior layout. ICE includes a 552W Alpine sound system with 8 speakers with a 12-channel amplifier and a subwoofer in the boot. Sound quality is just about decent. Jeep says they have also reduced the cabin noise by 5 decibels using multiple solutions like laminated windows, thicker carpets and better sound deadening.
Rear seats comfort is average. The seat base is short and that translates to lack of under thigh support for tall passengers. It is ok for a short person like me. The back rest is fixed and while its decently comfortable, reclining function would have a been nice to have. Knee room and headroom is more than adequate. Rear passengers also get AC vents and regular C type charging ports along with a 3 point switch.
Boot is good for carrying weekend getaway luggage or even airport runs. The rear seats can also fold down to free up more space.
