2021 Tata Safari Verdict
So verdict time then. Is the new Tata Safari worthy of the legendary name plate? If you immediately compare it with the older first gen model, you might feel disappointed if you are a hardcore Safari enthusiast. But I would say it should be looked at as product by itself. The new Safari is great package with comfortable seats, a very useable third row, an extensive feature list and great ride quality. Not to mention the fantastic diesel engine that is fun to drive especially with the automatic gearbox. From a marketing point of view, Tata Motors has hit the bulls eye by christening their flagship SUV as the Safari. It has already generated a lot of buzz. It may not tug at the heartstrings as the old Safari yet, but it certainly ticks all the right boxes as a comfortable three row family SUV. Change is constant and we have to move forward with the times. With the new Tata Safari, you can Reclaim Your Life in a whole new way.
