The 2020 Hyundai Tucson facelift has been launched with prices starting at Rs. 22.3 lakh ex showroom. The SUV was showcased at the Auto Expo in Delhi earlier this year.
The Tucson facelift gets some styling updates that include new headlamps and tail lamps, larger front grille and new bumpers. The changes are subtle and dont seem to different from the earlier car. On the inside, it gets an 8.0 inch free standing touchscreen infotainment system and repositioned AC vents.
The feature list of the Hyundai Tucson facelift includes wireless charging, dual zone climate control, panoramic sunroof, hands free tail gate, 8 speaker sound system and Hyundai’s Blue Link connected car technology.
The Tucson facelift comes with the choice of BS 6 compliant 2.0 litre petrol and diesel engines. The petrol engine produces 152hp and 192Nm of torque and comes mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox. The diesel motor develops 185hp and 400Nm of torque. It now comes mated to an all new 8 speed automatic gearbox. All wheel drive is available on the range topping GLS diesel.
The safety kit includes six airbags, ABS, hill-start assist, ESC, front and rear parking sensors and a rear camera.
A 3 year/unlimited km warranty pack is standard, which can be extended to 5 years/50,000 kms.
