While at first glance there doesnt seem to be a noticeable difference in terms of looks, one can spot new tail lights. Nissan GT-R program manager Hiroshi Tamura had said in the recent past that he wants to improve the car’s handling, ride quality and noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) levels. Going by what he said, the new car may be equipped with a retuned suspension system, steering and additional sound deadening material. Tamura also noted his desire to move the GT-R upmaket so it will become “not just fancy, but real premium.”

The car is expected to come with the same 3.8 litre V6 engine but with performance upgrades. This engine currently makes 545 horsepower in the standard GT-R and 600 horses in the NISMO version.
