The Yaris right up there when it comes to safety. It gets 7 airbags standard across all trim levels along with ABS with EBD and Brake Assist. The range topping VX also adds Hill Start Assist, Vehicle Stability Control, Tyre Pressure Monitoring system, front parking sensors(V and VX), rear parking sensors( G, V and VX) and reverse camera (V and VX).

The Yaris comes with all the virtues that a Toyota is famous for. It feels well built and will last you a lifetime easily. We don’t even need to get started on the reliability. It comes with lots of features but what impressed us was the safety kit on board. On the other hand, the engine doesn’t feel powerful and it lacks in outright driving pleasure. The Yaris will not appeal to enthusiasts and if you are looking at a fun to drive car, look elsewhere. Also top end variants are on the pricey side when compared to the competition. But if you are in the market for a petrol sedan that will take you from point A to B in good comfort, give you an easy and relaxing driving experience with hassle free ownership and great after sales service, the Toyota Yaris is definitely right up your alley.
