Tata Motors has launched the Nexon AMT in the mid variant XMA trim. Earlier the Nexon AMT was available only in the range topping XZA+ trim. The Nexon AMT XMA diesel is priced at Rs. 8.53 lakh and the petrol comes for Rs. 7.50 lakh. (ex showroom Delhi)
The Nexon is powered a 1.5 litre four cylinder diesel engine that puts out 110 horsepower and 260 nm of torque and a 1.2 litre three cylinder petrol engine that develops 110 horsepower and 170 Nm of torque. The engines are mated to a 6 speed automated manual transmission. The gearbox also features the crawl function.
Safety features on the Nexon XMA include dual airbags, ABS and EBD along with Smart Hill Assist.
With the Nexon XMA launch, Tata has also introduced a new “Ivory White” roof-color option.
