As part of its network expansion, Mercedes-Benz India has inaugurated a new dealership in Kolkata. The new dealership Benchmark Cars is the third Mercedes-Benz outlet in Kolkata and the seventh for Mercedes-Benz India in East and North East India.

Benchmark Cars comprises of a showroom spread over 13,000 sq. feet and service facility spread over a massive 20,300 sq. feet. Both facilities were setup with an investment of approx. Rs. 10 crore.

The showroom has a 11 car display area and 1 delivery bay with 20 professional staff. The service facility has 12 service bays for body and paint along with general repair with 20 professionals. The service centre can service 1500 Mercedes-Benz cars per year.

Both outlets feature Cafe Mercedes and a customer lounge along with a Video Wall and new-age Interactive Digital Screens. Other features of thr showroom include high ceiling, ambient lighting, comfortable seating spaces etc.

The workshop will be taking care of all the servicing requirements of the customers of Kolkata and also those from neighbouring cities. The workshop will provide round the clock support in Body Repairs, Paint Job, Wheel Alignment, Wheel Balancing, Tyre Change, Car Wash, Polishing and gamut of other servicing requirements.

With the inauguration of Benchmark Cars, Mercedes-Benz India now has 95 outlets across 47 Indian cities.
