Mclaren Special Operations unveils new customized P1
Mclaren Special Operations has worked on customizing many of the 375 units of the P1 that were produced. They have now taken the wraps off another custom P1 owned by David Kyte, chairman and founder of Hamilton Court FX.
The car comes finished in a glossy blue paint shade with red accents on the front spitter, hood air extractor surrounds, side skirts, door surrounds and the rear diffuser. The brake callipers are also finished in red.
On the interior, the carbon fibre door sills feature “McLaren Special Operations” lettering, a light blue center console, Alcantara-wrapped seats and an extensive amount of carbon fibre. This helps keep the car’s weight to just 1,400 kg even though its a hybrid.
Mclaren has sold out all 375 units of the P1 that they have produced.
