The Lexus LX570 has launched in India at a price of Rs. 2.33 crore ex showroom. Lexus had launched the LX450d diesel in India last year. The LX570 will be available as a CBU.

The LX570 is powered by a 5.7 litre V8 petrol engine that develops 362 horsepower and 530 Nm of torque. It goes from 0 to 100 in a claimed 7.7 seconds and has a top speed of 210 kph.A 8 speed automatic gearbox powers all four wheels. There are four drive modes: Normal, Eco, Sport and Sport+. It rides on 18 inch alloy wheels with 285/60 R18 size rubber.

Features include four zone climate control, Mark Levinson 19 speaker sound system, 11.6 inch screens for rear entertainment, HUD, wireless charging for compatible smartphones, Park Assist, electric sunroof, paddle shifters, multifunction steering wheel and 360 degree cameras.

Standard safety features include 10 airbags, ABS, Hill Start Assist, Vehcile Stabilty Control, Traction Control and Brake Assist.

The LX570 is the sixth model in the Lexus India portfolio. Bookings for the new SUV are now open.
