Ford Endeavour Sport Ride & Handling

Ride quality is a strong point of the Endeavour. Potholed roads, bumps and other undulations are simply demolished by this SUV. There is no bumpy feeling and while you might feel mild undulations at low speeds, things just get better as you pick up pace. You really don’t need to slow down for anything. As far as handling is concerned, the Endeavour certainly doesn’t enjoy cornering. There is body roll and you do feel understeer. High speed stability is excellent though, and the Endeavour feels extremely planted on the road in a straight line.

The safety kit includes 7 airbags, ABS with EBD, Traction Control, ESP, Hill Launch Assist and tyre pressure monitor.

Ford Endeavour Sport Verdict

The Ford Endeavour Sport goes for Rs. 35.10 lakh ex showroom. And it does offer a lot for the price. While the changes are only cosmetic, they do enhance the character of this SUV. Ford could have done something to interiors as well but that’s only nitpicking. The standard equipment list is long and the new engine / gearbox combo feels nice to drive as well.  All in all, the Ford Endeavour Sport is a good option for those who want a little bit extra from what is already a great package.  It also ticks the right boxes for those don’t like chrome. I am one of them.
