Lamborghini has announced that the Huracan Spyder will make its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month. It was earlier speculated that the car would make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2016.

Mechanically it should remain unchanged. The Huracan is powered by a 5.2 litre naturally aspirated V10 engine putting out 610 horsepower and 560 Nm torque. The motor is mated to 7 speed dual clutch gearbox. It goes from 0 to 100 kph in 3.2 seconds with a top speed of 325 kph. The Spyder could be slightly slower due to increased weight.

Deliveries are slated to begin by the end of this year.
