The Mahindra TUV300 was launched three years ago and has enjoyed a good amount of success. The rugged styling along with decent equipment levels and the option of an AMT gearbox made it a good package. Mahindra has now launched a nine seater variant of their popular sub four metre SUV called the TUV300 Plus.  The changes are more than skin deep so read on to know what’s new in this SUV.

Mahindra TUV300 Plus Exterior

As far as the design goes, there isn’t much that differentiates the Plus from the standard TUV. Changes include differently styled fog lamp housings in the front bumper and you get 16 inch star design alloy wheels instead of the 15 inch wheels seen on the regular TUV300. The rear is a bit more rounded and there are new tail lamps as well. This looks better and more complete than the regular model which I always felt ended abruptly. The wheelbase is unchanged while overall length stands at 4400 mm. While the overall design looks boxy, I for one am a big fan of boxy designs and the TUV300 Plus does have a certain character about it in my opinion.
