The Mercedes-Maybach S650 has been launched in India at Rs. 2.73 crore. The car maker also launched the Maybach S560 at Rs. 1.94 crore (all India ex showroom)
The S650 is powered by a bi-turbo V12 engine that develops 630 horsepower and 1000 N of torque. The engine is mated to a 7 speed dual clutch automatic gearbox. 
The S650 is the flagship of the S-Class model range and replaces the S600 in India. On the exterior, the facelift model gets intelligent LED headlamps, restyled bumpers and new tail lamps. There are 20 inch alloy wheels.
The Mercedes-Maybach S650 has the quietest cabin in the world. Features include a Burmester system, panoramic sunroof and massage seats.
The Maybach S560 that was launched will be the first Made in India car to feature the BS6 compliant petrol engine. Mercedes had recently unveiled the first BS6 compliant V6 diesel engine in India.
